Set this bottle aside

Provence rosé is made by pressing black grapes gently so the juice takes only a little colour. This one blends Grenache and Cinsault with a little Syrah, from vineyards inland of Toulon.

In the glass

  • Very pale salmon colour
  • White peach, pink grapefruit
  • Dry, round, with a crisp finish

Serving

Well chilled, 8 to 10 °C. Drink within the year, while it is young.

Goes with

Grilled food, Mediterranean salads, a tian of vegetables.
